Leadership

Founder - Ashley Lewis

When not traversing the world as if it were a hopscotch board, Ashley, founder and CEO of Ardore, can usually be found in a cozy coffee nook surfing online or discussing the meaning of life over lunch with friends.

With a natural curiosity and love for people, their beliefs and traditions, had she not become a professional coach, Ashley surely would be an anthropologist, studying tribes in the darkest corners of Africa. This Scottish-born, Australian gained great insight into her purpose at a young age. “As I look over the course of my life, my most fulfilling moments were those when I was in the service of others.” This strong humanitarian drive, coupled with a desire to help individuals find faster and more effective ways to overcome significant life events, took Ashley on a learning odyssey under the personal guidance of some of the worlds leading master coaches and peak performance trainers, including Anthony Robbins and Dr. Tad James. As a result, she has worked with a broad spectrum of clients that range from executives to entrepreneurs to those living with terminal illness.

President - Jaylyn Bergner

As the president of Ardore, Jaylyn marries her unending zeal, non-settling approach, and enthusiasm to help women live better—making her the perfect match for this position. When she was born, Jaylyn was so excited she took a breath too soon, swallowing water and almost dying. We like to joke that this is metaphor for how Jaylyn lives. Whatever it is, she just jumps in, whole-heartedly, working out the details later and always coming out on top. Sometimes, Jaylyn ends up dragging us into adventures in which we question our sanity—right now there are rumors of her wanting us to fly around a race track in Porsches at 250 miles per hour. However, most of the time, her cannon-ball passion for embracing life is contagious and welcomed.

Such a unique style of living has led Jaylyn from being a corporate editor to professional writer (which she continues to pursue—with what time we don’t know) to a neuro-linguistic practitioner to a two-time business owner. Each experience solidifies one specific conviction Jaylyn holds true above all else—life is meant to be lived to the utmost, without settling and without fear. From her excursions, she’s learned that not only is this absolutely possible, but not enough people pursue being truly happy. Her belief and enthusiasm is so infectious that if you give her an hour, she’ll have you mapping out your new lifestyle—in detail.
